Library presents talk, slide show with photographer
Bud Werner Memorial Library presents a free talk and slide show with Colorado photographer John Fielder at 6:30 p.m. Sunday. Fielder will be sharing stories and images from his new books — "Guide to Colorado's Great Outdoors: Lottery-Funded Parks, Trails, Wildlife Areas & Open Spaces" and "Colorado's Great Outdoors: Celebrating 20 Years of Lottery-Funded Lands" — which highlight 20 years of Great Outdoors Colorado's Lottery-funded investments in recreation and open spaces across the state.
Fielder will donate 30 percent of book sales to the Yampa Valley Land Trust in honor of the local land conservation organization's 20th anniversary.
