A. October 2008 — easy living.

A. Sitting through an entire 2.5 hours at the Sundance Film Festival watching "Enter the Void" — terrible.
Q. Describe your morning routine.
A. Wake up with about 10 minutes to get to work, then drink coffee and listen to music until people start walking through the door.
Q. Has a book ever changed your life? What was it and why?
A. "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance." It helped me appreciate the question as much as the answer.
Q. What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?
A. He not busy being born is busy dying. (Bob Dylan)

A. I've never misplaced a sandwich, I'm not a dragon and I live on a hill.

A. Tom Waits, David Lynch, Townes Van Zandt and Gandalf — the weather.

A. Grocery store carryout.

A. Batman — sweet cape.

A. People who dress like animals.

A. The late 1960s and '70s, for the music.
