RECIPE: The Barley Tap and Tavern’s blueberry jam cocktail

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS — If you’re in need of a little taste of summer to help you push through mud season, The Barley Tap and Tavern has the cocktails for you. Using fresh Colorado jam, The Barley has created a unique selection of multiple jam cocktails with flavors like strawberry rhubarb, cherry, and this week’s Steamboat Sips feature, blueberry.

Ingredients

  • Bar spoon of jam
  • 2 oz of Breckenridge whiskey
  • 1/2 oz of homemade simple syrup
  • 3/4 oz of fresh squeezed lime juice

Directions

  • Put all together
  • Shake
  • Strain
  • Finish with ice
