Using fresh Colorado jam, The Barley has created a unique selection of multiple jam cocktails with flavors like strawberry rhubarb, cherry, and this week’s Steamboat Sips feature, blueberry.
- Bar spoon of jam
- 2 oz of Breckenridge whiskey
- 1/2 oz of homemade simple syrup
- 3/4 oz of fresh squeezed lime juice
- Put all together
- Finish with ice
