Nutty Hot Cocoa Cookies

— Ingredients:

1 cup butter (2 sticks)

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1.5 cup flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/4 tsp salt

Dash cinnamon

3/4 cup marshmallow fluff

1.5 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Celsius

Butter and eggs should be at room temperature. Cream butter and sugar together, add one egg at a time, then add vanilla; creaming together until fluffy

In a separate bowl combine the flour and cocoa powder (sifted once) with baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Combine wet to dry ingredients (avoid over mixing).

Mix in marshmallow fluff, then fold in chocolate chips, walnuts and marshmallows. Chill dough for 30 mins in fridge.

Remove and roll dough into small balls, press down lightly. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool on tray thoroughly before removing.

Eat and enjoy!”
