Jenna Gruben Morrill day is Sunday across Routt County

— A day of adventure in honor of Jenna Gruben Morrill starts with a yoga class at 7:30 a.m. at the Yoga Center of Steamboat. Participants will then meet at 11 a.m. at Stock Bridge Transit Center to carpool to Steamboat Lake for skinning to Hahn’s Peak, skate skiing and snowshoeing. The day will end with a meal at Steamboat Lake Outfitters.

Gruben Morrill died Feb. 13, 2010, in a car accident on U.S. Highway 40 between Hayden and Milner. Gruben Morrill, a 12-year Steamboat Springs resident, was active in the local running community as well as a volunteer who helped children with special needs.
