“Laissez les bon temps rouler” (let the good times roll) at Steamboat Ski Area with the new Ski Mardi Gras event. Celebrates the holiday with a parade at 2:30 p.m. featuring a jazz band, costumed grand marshals and beads. The public is invited to join in the parade. ❱❱ Mardi Gras Masquerade Ball fundraiser — Steamboat Springs Community Center, 6 to 11 p.m.
The Yampa Valley Autism Program presents its third annual fundraiser, which takes place during Mardi Gras season for the first time. There will be a live auction, silent auction, Cajun fare, hurricane drinks, beads and masks. Proceeds go to help sustain and expand programs for local autistic children.
