Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake

Crust:

1 3/4 cups Crushed Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/3 cup Melted Butter

Mix above ingredients and place in bottom of spring loaded cake pan going up sides about 1 inch.

Cheesecake Filling:

3 packages Softened Cream Cheese

3 Eggs

5 oz. Evaporated Milk

1 cup Sugar

1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Mix cream cheese, milk,

and sugar until creamy. Slightly beat eggs. Add eggs and vanilla just until well blended. Pour over crust.

Cookie Dough:

1/4 cup Softened Butter

1/4 cup Sugar

1/4 cup Packed Brown Sugar

1 tbsp Water

1 tsp Vanilla

1/2 cup Flour

1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Cream butter and sugars until smooth. Add water and vanilla until blended. Gradually add flour until blended well. Add mini chocolate chips and mix until even throughout mixture.

Take teaspoon of cookie dough mixture and evenly space on cheesecake mixture. Then press down on dough until covered by cheesecake mixture.

Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.

While cooking make topping

Topping:

1 cup Sour Cream

1 tsp Vanilla

2 tbsp Sugar

Mix above ingredients until smooth.

When cheesecake is done baking let cool for 5 minutes spread topping mixture evenly over the top.

Sprinkle remaining mini chocolate chips evenly over the top.

Refrigerate over night.
