Crust: chocolate wafers, 6 oz bittersweet chocolate,1/2 c brown sugar,7 tbs hot melted butter

Ganashe: 1 1/2 c whipping cream, 20 oz bittersweet chocolate,1/4 c. espresso

Filling: 32 oz cream cheese, 1 1/3 c sugar, 2 tbs flour, 2 tbs instant espresso powder 1 tbs vanilla, 4 large eggs

topping 1 1/2 c sour cream 1/3 c sugar ,2 tsp vanilla

decoration on top is more of the ganache with coffee beans
