COVID-19 testing will be held by appointment Thursday in Oak Creek
STEAMBOAT SPRINGS — Testing for COVID-19 will be made available by appointment Thursday in Oak Creek.
Symptomatic residents or contacts of residents suspected or known to have contracted COVID-19 can receive testing for the virus.
Anyone experiencing symptoms within the last seven days can schedule an appointment to be tested from 9 a.m. to noon at South Routt Medical Center, 300 Main St. in Oak Creek. No walk-ins will be accepted.
Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, cough, muscle pain, sore throat, chills, shaking with chills, headache, shortness of breath, fatigue, lack of appetite, recent loss of taste or smell and body aches.
To make an appointment, call 970-736-8118 for the required screening. Testing is free, and no insurance is required.
