On Base area roads mulled
Roundabouts are interactive driving. You have to pay attention, have driving skill and a little patience. Quite difficult w/ a cell phone and a frappicino. Un-american, really.

On Rob Douglas: Downtown parking redux
Rob still won't answer his fan mail.. Who's going to build a parking structure? Does the city have land in town to build on? If it's a private (ie pay) structure, it will be 'last resort' parking. People will walk 5 blocks to save $5. If it was yours, and you had a 200 car cap, and you charged $5 a day, and it was always full, you'd pull in 365k a yr. If you turned that same space into 'multi-use' buildings w/ 1.5 parking spaces per unit, you walk away with.. how much would all of Riverwalk sell for?

A low and high ropes course is proposed as well as housing the Yampa Valley Science School. This project has another side that Tom Ross decided to leave out. Typical
