CDOT wastes millions every year. How about fixing some of the states falling down bridges. The one at State Bridge comes to mind. Every time I drive over it I say a little prayer. Whoever make this call was way off base (as usual)
Their marketing strategy is to target out of town skiers. The ski area needs to give up on the good old boys they've had running the show for years. Hire some new people who bring a fresh perspective. Guys, what you're doing isn't working anymore. Make skiing affordable to the masses and you have customers for life. skiing shouldn't be an elitist activity. Especially if you live in a ski town. It doesn't look good when the tourists ask " how's the snow? or how many days a year do you ski? and your response is you can't afford to ski in Steamboat. They look at you like you have 2 heads.
With only 8 guys on the team, could you please tell us more about the other boys. I am sure the others have contributed to the awesome season the Rams have had. How about Gage Achtner, he's a stand out athlete too.
It's not scaremongering Scott! We have tested our homes over the past 17 years and 2 out of 3 of the homes we've lived in have had VERY high levels of Radon. One house had a level of 10 picocuries and the house built on shale in the Elk River area had an astounding 20. I'm glad we mitigated both houses.
