The government is just on a campaign against alcohol. Having a cell phone conversation has been proven to be more dangerous and “stupid” drivers do not get the same penalties. If it is an “accident” it is OK, if it is drunk driving, well thats the book. I see careless negligent drivers all the time but hey they ain't drunk.
