On Emerald development proposed
Its Lymans land and he can do what he wants with it.
Why all the sudden cant he develop HIS land the way he wants?
The owner of a historic property can demolish his structure because its his right to do with what he wants with his property,(AND NO ORDINANCE SAYS THEY CANT THANKS TO CC) and all you property right freaks including CC seems to think thats OK....SO why cant Lyman develop his land ?
Mabye CC should re-think Historic Preservation along with Land Preservation before it's too late.

I guess I'm W.T. according to posts but at least I'm not being subsidized . I work my Two sometimes three jobs to pay my mortgage.I dont ask for help.I'm not a trustfunder.
I dont want deed restricted houses or subsidized housing in my neighborhood.Call me snooty but i'm just saying the truth.
Whats wrong with OC, Hayden,Craig or Milner for that matter?And if your really desperate whats wrong with Stagecoach or Willow Creek Pass?

I have to disagree.What percentage of realtors do actually make a living? 10%mabye?MOST of the realtors in town are trusfunders or big dreamers without personal money,similar say to used car dealers.

On Bigger-than-life bronze in the works
True Ranching/Ranchers left Routt County years ago.
35 acres doesn't constitute a Ranch...It's called Rural Sprall.
Next thing we'll hear is Marabou,Alpine Meadows,Storm Mountain,Sydney Peak are "working ranches"... NOT!!
I do like the bronze tho.
