rsssco, will you enlighten us with YOUR understanding of the law that allows you to simply GO HOME after committing a crime and getting caught? When I got caught for the same crime, I had to go to jail/detox and get sober before they let me go. And you seem anxious to defend the sheriff, so please defend why he is wasting tax payer dollars on an expensive jury trial when refusing a blood test is plainly admitting guilt?
