The sidewalk from Apres Ski and Village Drive to the gondola is a great idea. While they're at it, the city needs to work on overall pedestrian plans for condoland. How about a crosswalk at Apres Ski and Village Drive as part of the sidewalk plan? It's a busy place, icy most of the time, and just waiting for a pedestrian to be hit. Also, crosswalks to protect peds at Walton Creek and Whistler, Walton Creek and Village Drive and at the blind crossing of the trail and EagleRidge in front of Canyon Creek condos are needed. The crosswalks from the base area to the Grand across Mt. Werner Circle are excellent and could be the model for others.
