Bicyclists want respect yet dont think they should obey the traffic signs/signals, I watch many bicyclist run right through a stop sign or a red light, simply because they are on a bike they don't think these apply to them? You just stated that the rules apply for car or bicycle rider, why isn't it being enforced that they follow these rules?
Let's see....The outrage is over the fact that they got caught & punished? So does that make it ok for everyone to trespass & not be punished? I support the decision that was made. If you let one get away the next one thinks there is no law enforcement so the crimes gets worse & worse.
