I just don't understand why someone (Wall) would go through such lengths by bringing all these witnesses up to prove he didn't drink enough to be drunk when all he had to do was succumb to a blood test? This whole trial is a farce, what a waste of our money.
Start looking outside the box, with all the new development downtown, on the mountain, between the mountain/downtown and west of Steamboat things are going to get a lot worse before they get any better. Lincoln Avenue is a nightmare, I am afraid to park on that street and It doesn't take a study to figure out that "When you open your door on Lincoln Avenue, you're taking your life into your own hands." I can't believe a merchant downtown would not like a more pedestrian friendly place for their business. Have you every sat outside a restaurant on Lincoln during the summer? It's a joke with tractor trailers roaring by you can't even think. Get a clue council, step up to the plate and do something visionary. Ivancie, people up in Fairbanks, AK ride their bikes in the middle of winter at forty below zero in the ice and snow. I bet a lot more people would do the same here if it were safer. Paid parking, parking structure and bypass get it done now!
"Hagenbuch got his start in politics nearly 20 years ago, addressing legislators and state officials as part of the movement opposing a ski area at Lake Catamount"
That was a big mistake not allowing another ski area into the valley. Instead we'll all have to deal with one overcrowded base area with only one main portal. Catamount would have made a great ski area for the public, instead it turned into a private rich mans playground, nice job Hagenbuch.
Danny Mulcahy's opinion on the subject is clear: "No more decisions without information." It's about time someone stood up to the city's "cart before the horse" approach to affordable housing. Way to go Danny, putting up $50,000 for information the city and housing authority should be providing, what are we paying them for?
Do Sheriff offices in other Colorado Counties have winches on their vehicles? Who are they, how many do they have and what are they using them for? Gary go out and get some hard facts on this issue.

Council to consider relaxed standards for affordable projects
If you have a $1 million house and you have a trailer next door to it in the same neighborhood, it creates class warfare,"
Take a drive up to West End Village were their is a $700,000 home next to a trailer (modular). Wasn't that project the City's bright idea?
