To the contrary.....it means exactly that...HE IS INNOCENT and jury of 6 people found him Innocent. Get that through your thick heads. You people disgust me. I thought this country had gotten past the Salem Witch trials 2 centurys ago.

You just proved my point....sexual harassment is what ever you perceive it to be. I’m not saying there are not cases of it occurring, but in this case according to the jury the preponderance of the evidence was on Mr. Rickman’s side. Not guilty. I ask you this in response to your question ...."What if the DEFENDANT was your Dad, brother husband and he was found to be not guilty? Would you still believe he's not guilty as you have done with Mr. Rickman?

You scare the hell out me...you are the type of person that has made a mockery out of the entire judicial system. Never mind what a jury of 6 citizens who actually sat through all of the testimony and deliberated for a mere 45 minutes decided…he must be guilty of something…take it to the next level. As I like to say to martyrs like yourself…. Get off the cross …we need the wood!

Mr. Rickman- I hope this is a wake up call for you. Mutual physical contact during the course of your duties that is border line no matter how innocent it may be is reckless at best. A good rule of thumb is don’t do or say anything you wouldn’t do or say in the presence of your spouse.

Well at least 1/3 of the equation is receiving more than it's fair share of the pie......typical conservative welfare... for conservatives government has a place in people’s lives alright… its to collect taxes to subsidize corporate welfare. That’s not considered an “entitlement program” because people get rich off of it. Let the rest eat cake. Our highway systems are falling apart and the administration of justice has become a farce under conservative leadership. ie Renditions, Guantanamo Bay, Presidential signing statements, Scooter Libby pardon, Valerie Plame leak, continual violations of international laws, billions of no bid contract abuses swept under the rug, etc etc etc. I honestly don’t know how “conservative” charlatans can keep a straight face (at least publicly) when they spout this tripe.

The current scientific belief based on DNA analysis is that there really wasn’t any “Native Americans”. Native Americans are believed to be descendants of Paleo-Americans who may have migrated from Asia via a land bridge ,Beringia, in what is currently the Bering Strait. There is a postulation that South America was inhabited by indigenous people before that but no evidence exists. If the second postulation is correct then technically the first Americans were then ancestors of the current Mexicans. To digress a bit: a Mexican by definition is part Inca, Aztec or Mayan (or other “native” peoples) descent and part Spaniard. All of this is really superfluous because all scientific evidence indicates that we are all descendants from Africa anyway. Mama Africa!... Now to really digress…if God made us in his own likeness….does God look like Lou Rawls?… that would be cool…especially if he can sing like him!

On Officials oppose I-70 toll plan

Ok...so they expand the highway to 4 lanes so you maybe get to go 45 mph instead o f 15mph and you can get to the Eisenhower tunnel log jam early? I don’t get it. They need a freak’n train. Subsidize the train with a fee on all of the lift tickets of the I-70 corridor ski areas. I don’t think any of those areas and developments paid one dime of impact fees to the I-70 maintenance or expansion. Don’t take the shot gun approach…fee the guilty parties.
