It should be interesting to see what Ms. Rolan presents, she didn't do that for Columbia, nor was she even supervising the budget personnel. I'll bet she asks to hire a consultant.
The Citizens better brace for late financial information; a Finance Director who doesn't understand finance or how to interprete it (after all her degree is in Heatlhcare management); a Finance Director who appears to have never filled out a set of financials. The one good thing is if she continues the trends she began in Destin and Columbia, she will only be around for a year and a half.
Can't Lisa do this on her own??? She sure seems to be able to spend tax money like it's going out of style. Just look at Destin and Columbia. Both locations had to spend mega dollars to fix her mess.
