John has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado and worked at the Longmont Times-Call during college.

John is from Denver. His hobbies include bowling, softball, photography, pinochle and following his two lovely children around.

Hundreds golf to fight breast cancer

Steamboat Rally for the Cure tournament draws more than 200

Organizers said interest in the annual Rally for the Cure tournament has remained strong this year, with 208 golfers, about 360 donors and 86 hole sponsors supporting Tuesday's event. The bulk of the money raised will go to the Yampa Valley Breast Cancer Awareness Project.
