Kellen Baker, of Core Boar, inspects the Tuesday evening installation of an antique barber shop pole at what soon will be the 10th Street Barber Shop, in The Victoria at 10th Street and Lincoln Avenue. The barber shop’s owners, Barb and Kenny Porteous, said the barber shop pole was salvaged from an old shop in Minnesota, and they had it restored. They said the shop is expected to open in about three weeks.
