The developers of Alpine Mountain Ranch have assembled an investment team to build a model house at the luxury home subdivision just south of the Steamboat Springs City limits. Site preparation is under way, and vertical construction will begin in late spring 2009. Plans for the home include a two-story indoor water feature.
