Four-time state qualifier Molly Weiss will return to Pueblo City Park this week for her final appearance at the state tennis tournament. Weiss, a senior, will be representing the Sailors in the No. 3 singles position.


Charred remnants and concrete walls were about the only things remaining after an early morning fire destroyed a garage at 613 Oak St. in downtown Steamboat Springs. The garage was in the alley between Sixth and Seventh streets, behind Old Town Pub & Restaurant.


A small group of horses heads for a corral Saturday in the Browns Park area of Northwest Colorado during the Sombrero Horse Drive. About 380 horses were herded to dude ranches across Colorado after wintering on BLM land in the area.
