Chappell was part of the first foursome - which included John Such, Kirk Mahaffey and his son, Eric - to venture out onto the course after the long winter. Marcus Parker stands in front of a truck he was riding in that rolled over Wednesday on Colorado Highway 131 between Toponas and Yampa. Parker and the driver, Tim Daniels, received minor injuries in the accident. Both men were wearing their seat belts and kicked out the windshield to escape the vehicle after it came to a stop. The men were traveling from Denver to Steamboat Springs on Wednesday to deliver tile when strong winds caused Daniels to lose control of the truck. Parker said the truck was pushed to the side of the road by the wind, Daniels overcorrected, and the truck rolled over and slid on its side until stopping.
