Cathy Johnson, right, and Amy de Lagarza push toward the end of Sunday’s Mountain Madness 10-kilometer race in Steamboat Springs. Johnson ran the entire race — and beat plenty of people — pushing her children, 6-year-old Annika and 3-year-old Erik.
Cowboys keep guard Sunday morning as a herd of cattle was led down Lincoln Avenue as a part of Steamboat's Cowboy Round Up Days. Spectators lined the street and cheered as the herd was led east along the street.
Todd Trapp fights his way up Aspen Ridge Road on Sunday during the Mountain Madness half marathon. Trapp won the event in 1 hour, 15 minutes and 40 seconds.
