A new building at 608 Yampa St. will have 1,229 square feet of commercial space fronting Yampa Street, with a pair of two-story residential units above.
The town of Hayden is working on an extension of Routt County Road 37, shown here Tuesday. The road eventually will reach U.S. Highway 40 east of town. Town officials plan to discuss giving the road a different name, Town Manager Russ Martin said.
