The Vail Valley-based Timberline Women's team cruised through the technical 5-mile, Class IV Numbers section of the upper Arkansas in 37 minutes to defend its title of U.S. Women's Whitewater Rafting Team on Tuesday night at the national championships, on the eve of the World Rafting Championships in South Korea.
