The Squire Building was originally a post office. In 1920, it became the Chamberlain-Gray Drug Store, and a pharmacy has occupied the building since.
The Furlong Building was built in 1920. The brickwork and masonry on the building was done by skier Carl Howelsen.
The Old Town Pub first was the Albany Hotel, then later became a 40-bed hospital. It has been a dance hall, grocery store and post office, and was Steamboat’s public library for more than 40 years.
