Foundation work for Bear Lodge condominiums, the sixth phase of Trappeur's Crossing Resort on Village Drive, was under way this week. It will deliver 36 three-, four- and five-bedroom condos to an already tight market. Units in the more recent phase of Trappeur's Emerald Lodge went under contract in the range of $800,000. Bear Lodge condos will have an average asking price of $1.2 million.
