The new, improved Gardner Field at Steamboat Springs High School will be rededicated tonight at halftime of the Sailors’ game against Eagle Valley. Family members of Clarence Gardner will be present for the dedication.
Brock Webster pulls his son, Olin, 2, home. Webster said he uses his bike for most of his transportation around town.
Luann Bomberger, 53, of Highlands Ranch, sustained serious injuries Wednesday afternoon when the minivan she was driving hit a boulder on U.S. Highway 40 near mile marker 143. Colorado State Patrol said Bomberger was under the influence of alcohol and prescription medications at the time of the accident. She was not wearing a seat belt. Bomberger was listed in serious condition at a Denver hospital Thursday.
Mem Shannon and The Membership will be playing Delta blues tonight and Saturday night at The Tugboat Grill & Pub in Ski Time Square.
