Robert "Bobby" Donelson was remembered Wednesday as a friendly classmate and capable woodworker with an easy smile. Bobby died Tuesday afternoon after collapsing on Hayden High School's football field. He was 15.

Lezin, Zaleski win city titles

Valerie Lezin wrapped up the 2008 Steamboat City Singles and Doubles Championship tennis tournament Tuesday by defeating Darby Dale-Burger in the Women's 3.5 singles. Lezin, who advanced to the Class 3A state tennis tournament last spring while playing for Steamboat Springs High School, beat Dale-Burger, 6-3, 6-3.

In 1987, the Oak Creek Town Board wrote an ordinance requiring installation of water meters in town, fulfilling a requirement to receive federal grants for infrastructure work. But the funds dried up, the ordinance was repealed in 2005, and meters never were installed.
