2:40 a.m. Steamboat Springs police ticketed two teen boys on Howelsen Parkway for possessing alcohol as minors.

3:57 a.m. An intrusion alarm was reported at a bank in the 1900 block of Pine Grove Road. Police said it was a false alarm.

4:21 a.m. A noise complaint was reported in the 200 block of River Road. Police issued a warning for loud music.

9:03 a.m. A vehicle complaint was reported at the Routt County Justice Center. Police said a driver was issued a court summons for driving with a suspended license.

9:46 a.m. An animal complaint was made in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue. A dog at large was gone when police arrived.

10:12 a.m. A suspicious incident was reported in the 2800 block of Riverside Plaza. The reporting party said a black Subaru was parked behind a building with the key in the ignition, doors open and no one around. Police said everything was fine.

11:07 a.m. A man reported theft on Routt County Road 44A. A Routt County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman said a ski rack was stolen off a vehicle.

11:51 a.m. An animal complaint was reported in the 32000 block of Colorado Highway 131. A Sheriff's Office spokeswoman said a welfare check was requested on animals in the area.

11:56 a.m. A vehicle complaint was reported at Seventh and Yampa streets. Police said a maroon Ford was parked in a handicapped spot without displaying proper identification. Police issued a ticket.

1:37 p.m. Theft of a cell phone was reported on the 3300 block of Columbine Drive.

2:11 p.m. A vehicle complaint was reported on the 700 block of Lithia Springs Road. The reporting party said a moving van had been parked in a lot since early in the morning. Police found no violation and took no action.

2:14 p.m. A Monday car accident was reported at Third Street and Lincoln Avenue. Police said the accident involved a vehicle and a bicyclist but that no serious injuries were sustained.

3:25 p.m. A suspicious incident was reported in the 400 block of Eighth Street. Police said it appeared gasoline had been poured on bushes at a residence. The incident is under investigation.

3:45 p.m. A juvenile situation was reported at Amethyst Drive and Fish Creek Falls Road. Police said two boys skateboarding reportedly "lunged at a vehicle." The skateboarders were gone when police arrived.

3:58 p.m. Police mediated a civil dispute in the 200 block of Howelsen Parkway.

4:44 p.m. Police said a suspicious incident reported in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue turned into an incident of Internet bank fraud. The case was referred to the Routt County Sheriff's Office.

4:46 p.m. Police said juveniles skateboarding in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive were issued a warning for disruptive and unsafe behavior.

5:19 p.m. A dog at large was reported in the 1700 block of Fetcher Park Drive.

6:30 p.m. A woman reported lost property in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza. Police took a report for items allegedly taken from a residence.

6:55 p.m. A missing child was reported in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police said a young boy was found at 7:11 p.m. after wandering too far from home while playing.

8:31 p.m. During a traffic stop in Steamboat Springs, police issued a court summons to the driver for not having valid proof of insurance, driving with a revoked license and driving with expired license plates.

8:54 p.m. A disturbance was reported on the 1500 block of Natches Way. The reporting party said his or her landlord was throwing possessions onto a driveway. The landlord said the individual was evicted. The individual disagreed. Police mediated the situation.

9:47 p.m. A suspicious incident was reported on C.R. 22. A Sheriff's Office spokeswoman said someone with a lit torch along the road was reported.

10:52 p.m. During a traffic stop at 10th Street and Lincoln Avenue, police issued a ticket for misuse of license plates on a vehicle. Police confiscated the plates, which did not belong to the particular car, and impounded the vehicle.

11:29 p.m. A dog at large was reported at 13th Street and Lincoln Avenue. Police said the dog was gone when officers arrived.
