Steamboat Springs 2:02 a.m. An intoxicated pedestrian was reported at Fourth Street and Lincoln Avenue. The person was sent home in a taxi.
3:02 a.m. A domestic dispute was reported in Steamboat Springs, where a boyfriend and girlfriend were engaged in a verbal argument. Police mediated the dispute.
7:05 a.m. A possible drunken driver was reported in Steamboat Springs. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies contacted the driver, who was not intoxicated.
10:04 a.m. A burglary was reported in the 800 block of Howelsen Parkway, where food had been stolen from a concessions stand. Police are investigating.
12:14 p.m. An ambulance was requested in unincorporated Routt County, where a 76-year-old was having trouble breathing. He was transported to the hospital.
12:15 p.m. An animal complaint was received from the 27800 block of Columbine Ridge, where horses and goats were being repeatedly turned loose onto a neighbor's property.
1:58 p.m. An Oak Creek man was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order.
2:07 p.m. A Steamboat Springs man turned himself in at the Routt County Sheriff's Office on an outstanding warrant.
2:24 p.m. A dog at large was reported in the 2600 block of Medicine Springs Drive. The animal was gone when police arrived.
6:19 p.m. A vehicle complaint was received from the 22900 block of Routt County Road 54, where a pickup was parked, blocking traffic.
6:22 p.m. Children reportedly were throwing rocks at cars in Steamboat Springs.
6:51 p.m. A vehicle complaint was received from Steamboat II, where a car was parked blocking a fire hydrant. The vehicle was moved.
7:02 p.m. A drunken driver was reported heading south on C.R. 129 at Game Trails Lane.
7:19 p.m. A power outage was reported on Anglers Drive, because of a problem with a transformer. Power was restored within half an hour to affected customers.
8:22 p.m. Sheriff's Office deputies assisted a motorist near mile marker 3 on C.R. 129.
8:50 p.m. Threats were reported at Ninth Street and Lincoln Avenue, where two intoxicated men were trying to pick a fight with each other. One of the men was gone when police arrived, and the other did not wish to press charges.
9:59 p.m. An assault was reported in Steamboat Springs. A woman's sister and brother-in-law, both of whom were intoxicated, reportedly hit her and tried to rip off her backpack. The two assailants, of California, were arrested on suspicion of harassment.
10:05 p.m. Harassing phone calls were reported in Steamboat Springs, where a woman was having a verbal disagreement with her ex-boyfriend's mother. Police took a report.
11:14 p.m. Theft was reported in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive, where people skipped out on a restaurant tab. The parties were contacted and paid their bill.
11:40 p.m. A disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Moffat Avenue in Yampa, where people were having a verbal argument. The incident turned out to be friends goofing off and wrestling in the street.
