High school graduate receives Blakely Award
Kelsey Patterson, a 2005 graduate of Steamboat Springs High School, received the Blakely Award at Colorado College's annual Academic Honors Convocation. The Blakely Award is presented annually by the Department of Psychology to the junior major who shows the most exceptional promise in the subject.
Patterson, who is about to start her senior year, is involved in Kappa Kappa Gamma, Residential Life, and various honor societies, including Mortar Board, Blue Key and the Order of the Omega. She is the daughter of Don and Pam Patterson of Steamboat Springs.
