A 30-year-old Clark man was arrested Wednesday afternoon on suspicion of breaking into a Steamboat Springs office, stripping and then fondling a woman.

Public works expansion OK'd

News in brief for Feb. 11

Natural gas leak found at Routt County Jail A small natural gas leak caused a little excitement at the Routt County Jail at about 6 p.m. Thursday. The leak was found in a boiler in the jail's maintenance room, Routt County Sheriff John Warner said. The boiler was shut down, and county maintenance officials plan to fix it this morning, he said. The jail is fully operational without the broken boiler, officials said. The occupants of the jail were not evacuated, but a city bus was called to the jail as a precaution.
