Sound Off for Nov. 30, 2003

Where's the dish? Is our local cable company great or what? Last week they gave me 12-plus channels I didn't ask for or want for $42 a month and if I wanted HBO it is $14 more. The total is $56 a month. I used to have HBO/expanded basic for $45. I'm sure the above makes good sense to them but not to this frustrated customer. Which way to the dish?
