Community Yoga Practice at the Masonic Lodge, corner of Lincoln and 8th upstairs, entrance by Sweet Potato Lingerie. All levels, beginners encouraged. Gentle, traditional asana practice and inner exploration. Led by Nancy Spooner, ryt 846-7572
One hour practice $8.00 suggested donation - less or more appreciated
