The Steamboat Springs Arts Council rounds out its fall film series with a screening of the 1996 film “Basquiat.” Jeffrey Wright stars as up-and-coming New York graffiti artist Jean Michel Basquiat in this award-winning independent film, which also features Benicio Del Toro and David Bowie.
